License

The AISearch BYOK plugin is licensed under GPL v2 or later. By purchasing a Pro license you receive the right to run the Pro features on the number of WordPress sites covered by your purchase (1 for Single Site, up to 999 for Unlimited). Source code remains GPL — you may modify and redistribute under GPL terms. The license key itself is non-transferable.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, email support@aisearchbyok.com with your order number within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Updates and support

A Pro license includes 12 months of plugin updates and email support. After 12 months your installed copy continues to work; further updates require optional renewal at 50% of the original price.

AI provider charges

The plugin requires an API key from a third-party AI provider (e.g. OpenAI). All charges from that provider are billed directly to you. We are not responsible for AI provider charges, outages, or API changes.

Disclaimer

The plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the plugin. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
