What we collect

When you purchase a license, our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) collects your name, email, billing address, and payment information needed to issue an invoice and process your order. We receive your name, email, country, and license key from Lemon Squeezy. We never receive your full payment card details.

What the plugin collects

The AISearch BYOK plugin runs entirely inside your WordPress installation. It does not transmit your product data, customer data, or search queries to any server we control. The plugin contacts the Lemon Squeezy License API one time during activation, and weekly thereafter, to verify your license key is valid. The only information sent in those calls is your license key and the domain of your WordPress site.

Third parties

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing, license issuance, tax remittance.
• OpenAI (or your chosen AI provider) — when the plugin generates embeddings, your product text and shopper queries are sent to OpenAI under your API key. This is direct between your WordPress and OpenAI; we never see this traffic.
• Cloudflare Pages — hosts this website. Cloudflare may log standard request data (IP, user agent) for abuse prevention.

This website uses no cookies and no analytics scripts.
